Virtual Event Production

Our biggest goal in producing virtual events is to elevate the experience and build community and make the event feel valuable and well worth attending! We take away the stress and help all stakeholders (speakers, audience, stakeholders) feel engaged, confident and supported. Then we add a dash of fun! At a time when the world continues to evolve and workplaces are still predominantly virtual, we need to design our virtual events with HEART. We need to warm them up, make them special, make them reflective of our organizations by custom tailoring them to our audiences.

Testimonials

Client: Nursing Home Association of Nova Scotia
Dates: November 10, 2020 & February 11 & May 12, 2021

“We worked with LimeLight to deconstruct the event and rebuild it into a series of Virtual Events that were just perfect for our membership. With Kimberley King as our lead, we rebranded the conference and executed three “catalyst events” with curated topics and a central theme for each. The response was fantastic! When the world was scrambling from the global pandemic, LimeLight was our partner to help design and deliver information, insights and inspiration to our membership. Being in the long-term care sector- our attendees were stressed, tired and had been through so much on the front lines of this health care crisis. We created shorter events that were delivered over a three-month period and could accommodate their busy schedules.

Kim and her team are strategic, thoughtful and caring and they guided us through all of the steps and decisions required to pull off three top notch virtual event experiences! Kim worked closely with all of our stakeholders including sponsors and exhibitors at a time when most people were unsure about how to market and promote via digital events. We had really great feedback from this group as well. Before the pandemic, hosting a virtual conference was not on our radar but Limelight showed us how easily we could maintain the integrity and professionalism in an online event! Thanks Kim!“

Dates: March 9-10, 2021

“We highly recommend LimeLight! With any pivot from in person to virtual, the stakes are high to create a unique experience for our attendees- LimeLight helped us do that! They set a goal to create not just an event- but a Virtual Community for our industry. Hosting Virtual events is new to most of us, this includes everyone involved: attendees, sponsors, exhibitors and even some speakers.
LimeLight helped us bridge this gap with lots of coaching and communication with our stakeholders. We didn’t realize how much time is involved in pulling off a successful virtual event but Kim and her team were there every step of the way!”

Client: Association of Fundraising Professionals – Nova Scotia Chapter
Dates: June 6-7, 2021 & June 7-8, 2022

“From the very beginning of our volunteer association’s relationship with Kim King and Limelight Group, we felt like we were supported every step of the way in organizing our first virtual conference. One of the key factors to our success as a long-running industry event is not only the workshop portion but also the person-to-person networking for delegates, speakers, and sponsors. It was critical to maintain that feeling of comradery and networking expected at our event, especially after having to cancel the 2020 event due to the pandemic.

Kim and her team were very knowledgeable, exuded and instilled confidence, and at all times extremely professional in leading us through unchartered waters to ultimate success for all stakeholders involved. Thanks again for all you did to make us look so good.”

Client: The FASD Forum ’22 – Australia
Dates: May 13 & 14, 2022

“Kim, On behalf of the National Organisation for Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (NOFASD, Australia) I would like to thank you for your work on the FASD Forum 2022. We were keen to take advantage of the virtual world because this format is so beneficial to parents and caregivers of children and adults with disability who struggle for time and respite. Your expertise and guidance to navigate this event was greatly valued.

Your professional outline of what we needed to consider and then subsequent management of the timelines was outstanding. We were novices and really appreciated the depth and understanding that you and the team brought to the event. It was incredibly successful and all the feedback we received from delegates and speakers was outstanding. Your management and engagement with the Pheedloop platform ensured that the delivery of our Forum was seamless.

I would particularly like to acknowledge your “Tech Wizard” Dylan who everyone appreciated. He made the process easy and it was an amazing event. Many of our stakeholders said it was the best virtual event that they had ever been to.  Thank you sincerely from the NOFASD team and we look forward to working with you again in 2024.”
