She is founder of the digital agency Ehm & Co, and the YMC.ca platform serving the Canadian mom market. Under Erica’s leadership over 15 years, her companies have earned over a dozen prestigious marketing and leadership awards, including a Governor General’s Innovation Award nomination. Since her company was acquired, Erica remains on the team as Chief Innovation Officer.
She is co-founder of The InsideOut Initiative, a non-profit community MEpowering youth to learn, live and work from the inside out.
Erica continues to expand her multimedia portfolio as an author, journalist, playwright, awarding-winning songwriter, and sought-after speaker in the leadership space.
